Ajemian v. Yahoo! Inc.: On March 9, Robert Kirby argued before the Supreme Judicial Court in a case of first impression. The issue before the Court was whether the federal Stored Communications Act, 18 U.S.C. 2701, et seq. bars providers of electronic communication services (in this case, Yahoo!) from divulging the contents of a deceased account holder's account to the personal representatives of the decedent.
