Tom Kenney is a shareholder in Pierce & Mandell, P.C. His practice is concentrated in the areas of Business litigation, intellectual property law, insurance defense, personal injury, employment law and probate and fiduciary litigation.
Tom has significant experience trying cases in the state and federal courts, and has successfully prosecuted and defended appeals in both the state and federal appellate courts. Tom was named by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as one of the Massachusetts Lawyers of the Year for 2017. Tom also has an active practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, where he has registered hundreds of trademarks and service marks for his clients. In addition, Tom manages numerous foreign trademark portfolios for clients trading worldwide.
Tom is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association, and the Boston College Law School Alumni Association.
An avid sports fan, Tom formerly hosted a weekly sports talk show on WWZN in Boston. He and his wife Katie enjoy world travel in their free time.
