Lena Finnerty DeLuca is an associate with a litigation practice focused on representing individual and institutional clients across a wide range of areas including business litigation, insurance defense, intellectual property, real estate litigation, and probate and fiduciary litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Lena attended Suffolk University Law School, where she graduated with distinction in trial and appellate advocacy. During her third year at Suffolk Law, Lena participated in the Prosecutor’s Clinic and worked at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. As a student prosecutor, Lena maintained her own caseload and represented the Commonwealth on numerous motions and pre- trial hearings. Lena’s diverse range of experience includes complex civil litigation work as a summer associate, in-house counsel support at Bose Corporation, and an internship at the Attorney General’s Office.
Lena is a member of the Women’s, Boston, Massachusetts, and American Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts. Ms. Finnerty is a native of Falmouth, MA, and enjoys spending weekends with friends and family on the Cape. Lena is an avid long distance runner and Boston sports fan.
