Charitable and Other Activities

As we have been privileged to establish a law firm and practice law in the City of Boston Pierce & Mandell, P.C. is committed to giving back to our community. The main charity we annually support is the Eddie Mandell Memorial Scholarship Fund, which awards annual college scholarships to deserving Boston Public School graduates. For more information click here to see the latest EMSF Newsletter. The firm annually holds a golf outing to raise funds for the EMSF which was recently featured in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (click here to see article).

On June 11, 2009, our firm participated in the Lawyers Have Heart 5K Road Race and Summer Celebration to benefit the American Stroke Association of Boston, Massachusetts.  Please visit our donation page and support your favorite Pierce & Mandell runner.

Michael C. Fee is Chairman of the Sudbury Housing Trust, a non-profit, quasi-municipal entity charged with creating and expanding affordable home ownership in Sudbury.  The Trust recently received the 2008 Partnership Award from the Greater Worcester Habitat for Humanity in connection with the acquisition and development under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws c. 40B, of a two family parcel in Sudbury.  To read more about Habitat for Humanity, please click here.  To read more about M.G.L. c. 40B, please click here.
